In the evening, you can show off new figures and cool moves right on the dance floor, try them out further and really let off steam until the early hours of the morning. This year's Sunny Side Hop and Shake that Rhythm Night will feature great live bands and brilliant shows on two dance floors.

At the Friday Hop on Friday evening, we get into BBDC mood with a small party at the Swing-Diele.

- Party tickets are NOT included in the Workshop passes, but have to be booked individually via the respective booking forms.
- Party tickets are also required, if you want to dance only in the Swing-Diele.
Special: History Talk with Joseph Sewell
Joseph is one of the leading British dancers, teachers, and choreographers of swing dances. He learned from and worked with legends of the 1930s, including Frankie Manning, Norma Miller, Barbara Billups, and Chester Whitmore. He's been involved in various BBC productions and documentaries and runs the Facebook group Swingopedia, dedicated to the history of African American dance and music. He’ll be sharing fascinating insights and stories about swing dancing and the swing community – and he’s happy to answer your questions, too!
